Abanel Consulting has been started by Tresa Abraham Paul and Sanjay Paul Antony, who, together have decades of experience in the field of Human Resources. Both have Masters degree in Human Resources (equivalent to an MBA) from XLRI, Jamshedpur, one of the premier business schools in India. In her professional career, Tresa has led Training and Development for Godrej and Boyce, has anchored Research from India for Syndicated Research Group, a Research Advisory Service serving Fortune 500 companies in the USA; Sanjay has experience as the Head of HR for India operations of Novell, Goldman Sachs and also as the Global Head of HR for Subex Limited. He was part of a team of first five employees (four of them being expats) to start the operations for Technology and Operations for Goldman Sachs in India. He is also part of the Global Management Team of Subex Limited. He has also been on the selection panel of two leading Business Schools in India.
